1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Saqr Living Technologies LLC ("Saqr Living", "Company", "we"). By accessing our website, booking an architectural discovery call, or approving a commercial engineering quotation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Engineering Consultations & Proposals

Initial consultations, preliminary architectural layout reviews, and discovery sessions are provided to evaluate project feasibility. Official Bills of Quantities (BOQ), schematic wiring schedules, and project timelines become binding upon mutual execution of a formal Project Agreement or Purchase Order.

• Quotations remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any structural or MEP site modifications after drawing approval may incur formal Change Orders (CO).

3. Hardware Standards & Warranties

We supply genuine, certified European standard hardware (KNX, DALI-2, BACnet) and reputable automation components. All hardware equipment carries original manufacturer warranties (typically 2 to 5 years depending on device specifications).

Our workmanship warranty covers cabling, system configuration, and software commissioning for a period of twelve (12) months following formal client handover and testing.

4. Site Readiness & Contractor Coordination

Seamless project delivery requires timely site handover from civil contractors, interior fit-out teams, and MEP subcontractors. Clients are responsible for ensuring uninterrupted power supply, air conditioning during programming phases, and secure storage for high-value architectural hardware.

5. Intellectual Property & System Backups

Upon final project settlement, clients receive full administrative ownership of their local automation projects, including documented ETS project files and gateway backups. Saqr Living retains proprietary ownership of proprietary software drivers, custom microcode, and engineering trade secrets.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
