Every system installed by our certified engineers is backed by dual-tier coverage: original international manufacturer hardware warranties and our direct engineering workmanship guarantee.
2. Hardware Warranty Coverage (2 to 5 Years)
All smart technology hardware supplied by Saqr Living is 100% authentic, certified European standard (KNX, DALI-2, BACnet, Zigbee Pro). Hardware components carry direct manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects:
KNX Actuators & Power Supplies
Up to 3 to 5 Years manufacturer warranty covering relay actuators, dimming modules, and bus power units.
Architectural Keypads & Touch Consoles
2 to 3 Years warranty covering internal micro-electronics, glass capacitive sensors, and OLED/LCD displays.
Sensors & Gateways
2 Years warranty on presence sensors, climate thermostats, weather stations, and IoT edge servers.
Smart Locks & Motorized Tracks
2 to 3 Years mechanical and electronic warranty for motorized curtain motors and biometric security locks.
3. Workmanship & Commissioning Guarantee (1 Year Free)
Following the successful final testing and formal sign-off (Project Handover), Saqr Living provides a 12-Month Complimentary Workmanship Guarantee. This covers:
- Complimentary on-site diagnostic visits for any system anomalies.
- Minor adjustments to lighting scenes, HVAC schedules, and automation triggers at no additional labor cost.
- Free firmware security patches and gateway software updates.
- Priority telephone and WhatsApp technical triage.
4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC Support)
To guarantee uninterrupted performance throughout the lifetime of your luxury residence or commercial facility, Saqr Living offers comprehensive AMC packages upon completion of the initial 1-year warranty period:
- Quarterly Preventive Audits: Comprehensive physical inspection of automation distribution boards, KNX bus voltages, and sensor calibration.
- Guaranteed Emergency SLA: Fast 4-hour on-site dispatch across Dubai and the UAE for critical lighting or HVAC system interruptions.
- 24/7 VIP Remote Monitoring: Secure encrypted remote diagnostics to resolve software queries without requiring home access.
5. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Unauthorized modifications, wiring tampering, or reprogramming conducted by third-party contractors without Saqr Living authorization.
- Severe power surges, lightning strikes, or external electrical fluctuations exceeding DEWA standard thresholds (surge protection units strongly advised).
- Water ingress, physical impact, accidental breakage, or environmental damage outside device operational ratings.
